Our Wedding Day Timeline includes everything to keep everyone on task and on schedule.  This is one of the most important things needed to pull off a successful and stress free wedding day.  We will coordinate with your vendors, venue and wedding party to make sure everything has been thought of and appropriate time has been allocated.  Our timeline is one of our most valuable assets and trademarks! 

Do you have a minimal budget?

We do not have a minimal budget.  We believe every love story is special and deserves the best plan.  We can customize our services to your needs.

Do I really need a full planner/coordinator?

We believe the answer is yes!  We know that budgets are important and we also understand that you want to do things yourself.  But we also know how important it is that every base is covered and all details have been thought of.  This is one of the most important days of your life and we understand the responsibility and hard work that is required to make it happen.  Let our experience and dedication take the stress away.  We handle everything from late vendors, weather issues, late guest arrivals, wardrobe malfunctions, family seating emergencies, and even making sure there is a picnic basket waiting for you when you leave the reception!  Everyone needs a late-night snack after their wedding. We will handle it all!

What does a custom design layout mean?

Our goal at Circle M is bring your dreams to full circle. 
One way that we do this is with a special 3-D software that allows us to design your venue using your dreams and the actual dimensions of the areas to be used.  You will be able to “see” what your setup will look like prior to the event.  

Why are your prices stated as starting at? 

We base our prices on several factors.  We consider the size of the wedding party, the number of guests, the location of the wedding, if there is more than one venue (one for wedding and one for reception), time of year and number of our staff that will be needed to meet your needs.  All of these factors can be discussed at your consultation.

Do you travel or do out-of-town weddings?

Absolutely, they are our favorite.  We love new and exciting places!  There are additional charges for overnight travel and weddings that are over 50 miles from our office. 
Those costs can be discussed at your consultation meetings.
